Kumusha Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our return and exchange policy is designed for handcrafted, made-to-order leather goods. While returns for change of mind aren’t possible, we guarantee quality and will repair, replace, or refund any item with a defect.

Kumusha Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Kumusha, every piece is made to order with care and precision. Because of the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Defects or Workmanship Issues: If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault.
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong item or order.

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Clear photographs of the issue may be required to speed up resolution.

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we will:

  • Repair the item at no cost to you.
  • Replace the item with a new one.
  • Refund the purchase amount only in cases where repair or replacement is not possible.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping and delivery of the replacement.
  • If the return is for any other reason (at Kumusha’s discretion), the customer is responsible for shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised, engraved, or personalised products.
  • Made-to-order items (except in cases of defect or error).
